for the purposes provided for by the EU Regulation 2016/679 referred to above (hereinafter "G.D.P.R. 2016/679"), containing the new provisions for the protection of "privacy" and relating to the protection and processing of personal data, we inform you that the processing of data personal data already provided and acquired by you and which will be provided by you in the future as an "interested party", will be processed in compliance with the regulations set out in the aforementioned Regulation and the obligations of confidentiality, correctness, lawfulness and transparency.

Purpose and methods of data processing
The Data Controller processes personal, identifying and non-sensitive data (name, surname, company name, telephone, e-mail, province, municipality, address, profession - hereinafter, "personal data" or also "data") communicated by the User , by filling out contact or material request forms, and subscribing to the newsletter, present on the Data Controller's website https://www.soleparadisi.com/ (hereinafter, “Site”) and by sending requests for support to email addresses present on the website and belonging to the Owner.
Among the Personal Data collected by this Website, independently or through third parties, there are: Tracking Tools; Usage data; e-mail; first name; surname; physical address; unique device identifiers for advertising (Google Advertiser ID or IDFA identifier, for example).
Purpose and methods of data processing
By using or consulting this site, visitors and users explicitly approve this privacy policy, consenting to the processing of their personal data including any disclosure to third parties if necessary for the provision of a service (such as operations payment, assistance and customer services and consultancy). By acquiring the data, the Data Controller will process them in the following ways:
- to allow the provision of products or services requested by users on the Site (such as, without limitation, the licensed use and/or download of contracts, documents and other content published on the Site, the provision of services and consultancy to customers) and for sending information and/or materials requested by users on the Site; - to contact users who request it; - for sending information of a commercial nature or relating to company activities, including through newsletters, only upon specific consent or request from the User.
The processing of personal data is carried out by the owner and/or by specifically appointed personnel with the aid of manual and/or IT tools. The personal data of users subject to processing by the owner, where strictly necessary and within the limits of the indicated purposes, may be communicated to other companies trusted by the owner, to offer joint contents and services (such as payment operations and assistance clients). In particular, for the correct management of the Site, the personal data collected through the Site may be communicated (i) to people, companies, associations or professional firms that provide assistance and consultancy services and activities to the owner, with particular but not exclusive reference to accounting, legal, tax, financial and IT matters; (ii) to subjects whose right to access them is recognized by legal provisions and regulations. The information is not valid for other websites that may be consulted from the site through links, for which the owner is in no way responsible. The provision of personal data is optional. However, failure to provide, even partially, the data requested in the form fields marked with an asterisk [*] will make it impossible for the owner to proceed with the complete provision of the requested product and/or service. By using the Site, you acknowledge and accept that Internet transmissions are never completely confidential or secure and that the Site is not equipped with an advanced data encryption system. The User acknowledges that any data or message sent to the Site - including the information entered when completing the questionnaires and forms necessary for the use of the Products and services offered on the Site - could be read or intercepted by third parties, even in the presence of a special notice that a certain transmission (for example the sending of credit card information) is encrypted.
Rights of the interested party
The interested party has the right to ask the Data Controller for access to personal data concerning him or her, as well as: - the right to rectify his/her data, pursuant to article 16 of the GDPR; - the right to erasure (the right to be forgotten) of one's own data pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR, when the criteria established in points a) exist; b); c); d); And); f) of the reference legislation; - the right to obtain the limitation of processing, pursuant to article 18 of the GDPR; - the right to portability of data that can be transmitted to another owner, pursuant to Article 20 of the GDPR; - the right to object to processing at any time, pursuant to Article 19 of the GDPR; The Data Controller reserves the right to retain personal data associated with closed accounts, where created, to comply with current regulations, prevent fraud, collect any pending payments, offer assistance in the event of any investigations and take other actions pursuant to the law. Navigation data The computer systems responsible for operating the Site may acquire, during their normal activity, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified (i.e. parameters relating to the operating system and the IT environment of the User). These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning, and are deleted after processing. Such data may also be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site. Cooperation with the supervisory authority The data controller may upon request cooperate with the guarantor (Article 31 GDPR), who may also be claimed by the interested party.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files sent by the web server to the User's computer while browsing. Cookies are widely used on the Internet to facilitate the personalization of online services, and to securely manage access to restricted areas of a website. Cookie information can only be read by the web server, anonymously. Cookies do not store any personal information, such as your name, surname or email address. No individual can be identified on the sole basis of cookies, and their use is widely accepted. By appropriately configuring your browser, the User can still disable cookies. In this case, access, use and customization of some products and/or services of the Site may not work correctly.
Subjects authorized to process
The Data Controller, where strictly necessary and within the limits of the purposes indicated, may communicate the data to other companies trusted by the Data Controller, in order to offer joint contents and services. In fact, for the correct management of the Site, the data may be communicated to the companies contained in a list, periodically updated, indicated as the "partner list" available upon request for each interested party. The aforementioned data are under the complete authority of the Data Controller and cannot be used in any way without the latter's authorization (as provided for in Article 29 of the GDPR).
Right to forget personal data
upon simple request of the interested party also by email to info@soleparadisi.com, the owner will darken the names within 24 hours and send the request to remove the page from indexing to Google. Search engines can take 24/48 hours to delete content from their cache.
Data contained in the consultancy
The content of requests for consultancy and the related consultancy are published exclusively in an absolutely anonymous form, subject to the client's authorisation. The content of the requests for consultancy and the related consultancy contain data that can also be processed by other authorized parties such as the professional who will be identified by the site for the management of the consultancy, whose list can be requested from the Data Controller. The owner and the other authorized parties undertake to delete the data of the consultancy request and the related consultancy within 180 days of the request, except for those that are made anonymous.
Duration
The data will be kept for the time necessary for the Data Controller to carry out the functions for which the data were collected, except for the possibility for the interested party to request rectification or cancellation, as previously provided. The owner deletes the personal data of users who request it in writing as soon as reasonably possible, in compliance with applicable regulations. The owner reserves the right to retain personal data associated with closed accounts, where created, to comply with current regulations, prevent fraud, collect any pending payments, offer assistance in the event of any investigations and take other actions pursuant to the law.
Place of treatment
The data collected are processed at the headquarters of the Data Controller and at the server manager Wix.com Ltd based in Israel.
