ROOF GARDENS & HANGING GARDENS

The concept is inspired by resilience, "the ability of an organism to repair itself after damage".   Due to the imposing architecture of the building, I had to characterize and give more strength to the plants; for this reason, designs and species typical of the uncontaminated nature of the surrounding landscape were used. This was a successful solution in creating a dialogue with the architecture, integrating it perfectly with the landscape without making the two parts seem disconnected and uniting them in perfect harmony. Only part of the project is shown below: a roof garden and two green roofs above the buildings.
